Refund & Reissue Policy

At Double N Travels, we strictly follow airline and supplier guidelines while ensuring transparency for our customers. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Refund Policy
  • Airline Rules Apply – Refunds depend entirely on the fare rules of the respective airline.

  • Refund Processing Time – Standard refund processing may take 7–21 working days. In some cases (international carriers), it may take up to 6–8 weeks.

  • Refund Method – Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for booking. (e.g., card payment refunds go back to the same card).

  • Refund Charges – Airline penalties plus our agency service fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Partially Used Tickets – Refunds for partially used tickets are calculated by the airline and may be minimal.

  • Non-Refundable Tickets – Promotional, discounted, or certain restricted fares are strictly non-refundable.

  • No-Show Cases – If a passenger fails to board without prior cancellation, the ticket may have no refund value.

2. Reissue / Reschedule Policy
  • Change Rules – Reissuance is allowed only if the airline permits changes.

  • Charges Payable – The passenger must pay:

    • Airline reissue/change fee

    • Fare difference, if the new ticket price is higher

    • Agency service fee for handling reissuance

  • Travel Date Changes – Can only be made within the validity of the ticket.

  • Route Changes – Permitted only if allowed by the fare rules.

  • Name Changes – Most airlines do not allow name corrections or transfer of tickets. Only minor spelling corrections (if airline permits) may be possible with a fee.

  • Multiple Changes – Each reissue is subject to separate fees and conditions

3. Cancellation & Request Process
  • Advance Notice – All refund or reissue requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled departure.

  • Post-Departure – If the flight has already departed, refund/reissue may not be possible.

  • Request Method – Customers must contact our office via email or official WhatsApp/helpline to initiate refund/reissue requests.

  • Documentation – Some airlines may require supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates for waiver cases).

4. Special Conditions
  • Force Majeure (Weather, Strikes, Emergencies) – Airlines may waive penalties in exceptional cases, subject to their policies.

  • Visa Rejection – In case of visa rejection, refunds are subject to the ticket’s fare rules; non-refundable tickets remain non-refundable.

  • Refund to Third Parties – Refunds are only made to the original payer; no third-party claims are accepted.

  • Agency Liability – Our agency acts only as an intermediary; final approval of refunds/reissues rests solely with the airline.
